The instructions were clear, I’d say, and easy enough to follow. Just a little brief they felt, so I did have to figure out a bit on my own.

It arrived in not-so-great condition, which was really frustrating, especially because the timing couldn’t have been worse. I needed it right away, so dealing with the poor condition on top of everything else was annoying.

Every single butterfly made it, so yeah, I'm really happy with them. I was kind of worried at first, but they showed up okay and everything worked out like it was supposed to.

Ordering was easy, but I do wish the instructions had been a little clearer, especially because everyone is already nervous and emotional during memorial stuff. I’d say it’s a nice idea as long as you’re okay with nature being unpredictable.

We ordered 50 butterflies for our memorial and the count was right on maybe even had one extra. A couple were a little slow to fly off but most seemed healthy and looked fine. Overall I was happy with the order just wish the release instructions had been a bit clearer

The box showed up a bit crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so everything had clearly been shifting around during shipping. It felt careless, especially for something that should’ve been packed more securely. Nothing was completely ruined, but for the price, I expected it to arrive in better shape. It kind of feels like the goalposts keep moving with online orders now — you pay a decent amount, expect basic careful packaging, and then somehow you’re supposed to be grateful if the item just barely makes it intact. I’m not sure I’d order from them again based on this.

But a handful didn’t make it, and the hatching happened at kind of random times, so that part was weird. Maybe that’s normal with these kits, but I was expecting a better hatch rate. I’d give it 3 stars.
